Legal Counsels Only
Importantly, please note that we currently are only hiring Legal Counsels, on a freelance basis, who have the following profile, experience and skills:
1. Senior lawyer with a Dutch law degree, with at least four (4) years of relevant experience (as attorney at law or legal counsel) in one or more of the following fields: Corporate Law, Business Law, Commercial Law, HRM/Employment Law, M&A, Corporate Finance Transactions, IP/IPR, IT, High Tech, and;
2. To be fluent in Dutch, and (at least almost) fluent in English;
3. To be able to think in creative solutions, not in problems, and to have passion, ambition & dedication for Business, People, Innovation and Legal.
Pick one, two or many Assignments: your choice
Even if you are available to process only one (1) assignment a week, being busy with other things, please join! Why? Because every Counsel at Zapplied is engaged on a freelance basis, per assignment.
Whether you have time and energy to take care of one assignment when you are available in your busy schedule, or take care of several or many assignments a week, it is up to you to choose whether you may engage into an assigment. If you do not, we do not mind. If you do, of course you will have to take care of the specific assigment in a timely and professional manner, and you will be awarded well.
How does it work? On our CSP you can check what kind of queries we process, and what (kind of) services and products we offer and provide. If you are registered and, after pre-screening and the usual interview/hiring process, appointed as Counsel, you can log-in to our CSP and pick any open assigment within the field and skill level you have been appointed to. You can pick as many of such assignments as you wish and can handle. First come first serve!
Applications
In order to apply as Counsel, please send a compact email, in Dutch, to apply@zapplied.com, after which we (after a quick pre-assessment) may send you a Counsel Application Package in order to initiate the formal application as Counsel. Please note that the application process will be in Dutch.
